Thank you for your purchase in our online shop
We grant a 30-day return policy on all shipping items. You will incur no costs for returning the goods within 30 days from the shipping date if the value of the goods exceeds 50.00 EUR; otherwise, we will charge a shipping cost contribution of 5.95 €.
Please do not send the goods back unpaid, but always use our DHL parcel label!

1. Pack the goods
Pack the goods in the original shipping packaging or a sturdy box. Please include this return slip with the package. Please make sure to remove or obscure any old labels on the packaging.
2. Prepare the shipment
Please create your return label by entering the password. You can print the label directly on DIN A4 or alternatively save it on your smartphone using the displayed QR code.
3. Send the return
The return can now be dropped off at a store, at a parcel station, or with the delivery person. If you want to use the QR code, please show it on your smartphone. DHL will then print the return label for you.
Returns from abroad
You live in a European country. In this case, there are no return stickers. Please send the item back to us cleared in package form. For incorrect shipments (wrong delivery, defective goods), we will cover these costs. Increased costs apply for unpaid returns. Therefore, please do not send the goods back unpaid! The value of the returned items will be refunded to the payment method specified at the time of order.
